For certain items such as essential oils and oil blends, herbal teas, and SPF-rated sunscreens, information regarding disclaimers and documentation appears in the description of the item.

Items crafted from wood, stone, or other natural materials will have natural variations in colors and patterns. Because of this, the item you receive may differ slightly from the image on our site. This also applies to items that are hand-carved, woven, or created by potters or other craftspeople. Natural variations do not constitute grounds for a refund.

Documentation such as Fair Trade certification or documentation of donations by suppliers to organizations working for social good will be included with your order. All essential oils, CO2 extracts, absolutes and attars include full documentation in the description and on a certificate accompanying the product in your order, which includes: common name, botanical name, extraction method, part of plant used, cultivation method, and country of origin.
