RETURN POLICY

General Policy
We want you to love what you receive from Hunna’s Hideaway. Because our shop includes a mix of made‑to‑order items, small‑batch goods, and stocked inventory, our return policy varies by product type.

1. Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items
This includes:

Print-on-demand apparel

Mugs, coasters, tote bags

Other POD accessories

Some small-batch toiletries/makeup items produced as orders come in

These items are created specifically for your order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

Your order number

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will replace the item at no cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

2. Stocked Inventory Items
This includes:

Candles

Jewelry

Chocolates

Teas & coffees

Tea/coffee accessories

Home décor items that are not made-to-order

Returns for stocked items
We accept returns on eligible stocked items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is:

Unused

Unopened

In its original packaging

In resellable condition

Food items (chocolates, teas, coffees) must remain factory sealed to be eligible for return.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used food items

Personalized or customized items

Digital products

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Any POD/made-to-order item unless damaged or incorrect

4. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.
After that window, production or fulfillment begins and cancellations are no longer possible.

5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
