Use
The natural jade roller allows you to massage different areas of the face to relax facial muscles and tone the skin. Apply your serum or cream using the roller, or beforehand for better gliding comfort. The large roller is to be used for large areas of the face, and the small one for smaller areas such as the eye area.
Gua sha has 3 sides:
- The convex face (bump-shaped)
- The concave (hollowed) face
- The heart-shaped face
Gua sha is used for lymphatic drainage of the face.
The Gua sha ritual begins with the stroke with the convex part with light movements from top to bottom, then on the lines of the jaw with the heart face, from the chin to the ear and slide to the neck . Then drain the cheek going up to the ear and down to the neck, then with the convex side do the same for your cheekbones. Finally, with the concave side, drain the forehead starting from the center and going down to the neck. All on each side of the face.
